Ilium Works Rear Guard Bars for R1200RT(W) 2014->, Black

These Rear Guard Bars are designed to work in conjunction with the Ilium Works Engine Guard Bars (Part #30-200) to offer the best overall protection for your R1200RT (2014 -> Liquid-Cooled) in the event of a drop or tip over. These can be used in conjunction with other manufacturer’s engine guard bars as well.

These bars are constructed of heavy wall (1” X .120”) steel tubing and TIG welded to 7 ga. cold rolled steel brackets. After shot blasting with stainless steel media, they're powder coated Satin Black for a durable and trouble free finish. (Also available in Silver Metallic to match the frame color, Part #30-800)

The rear bars are carefully designed to help protect your expensive panniers and mufflers without interfering with passenger comfort. The the minimalist design not only looks good on its own, it blends well with the clean lines of your BMW R1200RT.
