This is the Complete CLUTCH Replacement Kit for all 1974-'80 Airheads, EXCEPT R65.
Specifically, this kit fits...
R60/6, R75/6, R90/6, R90S,
R75/7, R80/7, R100/7, R100S, R100RS, R100RT, all through 1980
You'll get all the parts you need to replace a clutch, re-install the clutch actuating mechanism at the rear of the transmission, and to properly reconnect the driveshaft when the job is done.*

This KIT contains:
• 1 Clutch friction plate
• 1 Clutch pressure plate
• 1 Clutch pressure ring
• 1 Clutch diaphragm spring (heavy duty)
• 6 Clutch bolts
• 1 Clutch thrust rod felt ring (not pictured)
• 1 Clutch thrust seal
• 1 Clutch thrust boot
• 2 Circlips for clutch actuator pivot pin (The two are not the same. You'll use only the one that fits your bike, and that depends on which pivot pin you have, something that cannot be predicted with all yrs/models.)
• 4 Driveshaft bolts (BMW specifies the use of this type which does NOT use washers!)
• 2 Driveshaft boot clamps
• 1 Driveshaft boot
All these parts are Genuine BMW Parts, and every one is essential for doing a clutch replacement job thoroughly and professionally. Avoid shortcuts and substitutions. Though you might think they'll save you time or money now, they will ALWAYS cost you more of both in the long run!

*Note: While it is possible to do this job without draining/changing the gear oil in the transmission and driveshaft, home mechanics with less experience should be prepared to replace spilled oil. It's not a bad idea to change gear oils at this time anyway. We recommend that you have 2 Qts BMW 80w90 Hypoid Gear Oil and 1 Bob's Crush Washer Kit (part # CW7080) on hand.
