We ride by the seat of our pants! So seating comfort is crucial to how much we enjoy the ride. Your bike should fit your body and blend with your riding style.
If the seat that's on your bike now isn't quite right, change it! All four of the seats shown here fit both R1200RS and R1200R (2015-> liquid-cooled) models.
• Sports Rider's Seat (#1) − High and narrow for sport riding in a more active sitting position. This seat is an optional accessory for both R1200R and R1200RS. Seat height: 33.1 inches / Seated-arc length: 73.8 inches. Please NOTE: the Sports Seat is priced $65 higher than the other seats on this page.
• High Rider's Seat (#2) — This seat is standard equipment seat on R1200RS, and an option for R1200R. Seat height: 32.3 inches / Seated-arc length: 72.2 inches.
• Rider's Seat (#3) — This seat is the standard equipment on R1200R, and an option for R1200RS. Seat height: 31.1 inches / Seated-arc length: 70.1 inches.
• Low Rider's Seat (#4) − This seat is an optional accessory for both models. Seat height: 29.9 inches / Seated-arc length: 67.7 inches.
