The Photon Booster is the LED module used in Photon Blaster and P3 visibility lighting systems. Each module draws very little power and consists of new LED technology mounted in a waterproof housing.

Increase your visibility by adding additional modules to side cases, top cases, or adjacent to your other modules. Skene controllers are capable of powering up to 40 of these modules so it is easy to expand.

Available in two colors for front:

• Yellow - for front or side mount applications
• White - for front mount applications

We recommend yellow for front mount applications as studies have shown that yellow is more visible to the human eye than white and it helps distinguish you from the headlights of the cars behind you.

A 4mm stainless steel mounting bolt protrudes 7.5mm (0.3") from the rear of the housing, and is designed to work with a variety brackets available from us or your own mounting bracket.

The Photon Booster LED modules can also be used without Skene controllers. They are designed to operate from 9-16 volts.

Choose from two models:

1. Turn Signal Option
The Turn Signal model adds a second channel, allowing independent control of the left and right LED modules. Simply connect the extra two input wires on the controller to your bike's turn signal wires using the included T-taps, and the Photon Blaster's super bright amber LED modules now mimic your turn signals and 4-way flashers. The TS controller can also power the vehicle's existing turn signals, turning them into bright marker lights, and if these are LED turn signals, they will also inherit the conspicuity flicker of the Photon Blaster's LED modules.

2. ALERT Feature plus Turn Signal Option
The new and unique ALERT! feature allows you to rapidly modulate the brightness of the LEDs when you really need to be noticed, for instance, when approaching a busy intersection, a car paused at a crossroad ahead on a rainy day, or a long line of commuters driving towards you on their way home at dusk. To activate this feature, just tap your brakes twice within one second, and the Photon Blaster's LED lamps instantly respond with a brief, but highly conspicuous flashing sequence, like 4-way flashers on overdrive. The sequence takes less than two seconds, but you've just greatly improved your likelihood of being seen. Normal application of the brakes or a single tap will not trigger the ALERT sequence, so it has no effect on your usual riding style. This model also includes the Turn Signal option described above, but is priced only $15 higher.
