Regular maintenance and repair is required to provide a long life of safe and enjoyable riding. Bob's Motorcycles state-of-the-art Service Department is second to none. The staff of expert, BMW and Ducati Factory-Certified Technicians know all the secrets to making a BMW and Ducati Motorcycle run at optimum levels of performance and safety.  

In addition to getting service you can trust at Bob's Motorcycles, when you bring your bike in for service, a complimentary 38-point safety inspection is performed and the VIN is run through the system for open recalls.. And as an extra convenience to our customers, a fleet of loaner bikes are available to keep you in the saddle while your motorcycle is in for maintenance.

While-U-Wait Service 

No appointment is necessary on Saturdays. Saturday service is first come first serviced, while-u-wait. In an effort to accommodate as many customers as possible, larger diagnostic work must be scheduled Tuesday- Friday. While-u-wait Saturday includes mile or annual service, tire change, or select accessory installation. If you are unsure if your service qualifies as a while-u-wait Saturday service, call 301-497-8949 to confirm with a Service Advisor. 

Oil & Tire Changes

Oil changes and tires changes require no appointment Tuesday-Saturday; give us a call at least one hour before closing and one of Bob's BMW Technicians will do their very best to get you in and out as fast as possible. Before you leave, opt in for nitrogen inflated tires and Bob's BMW Service Department will check and top off your tires for the life of the tires.  

Did You Know Nitrogen Inflated Tires: 

• Do not age as quickly as air inflated tires
• Maintain proper inflation 3-4 times longer than air inflated tires
• Minimize blowouts
• Consistently maintain pressure
• Increase safety
• Offer superior handling
• Provide decreased wheel corrosion
